Nightfall

Taken at our family reunion last summer, which was held at Whitefish City Beach. The sun has set over Whitefish Lake and Lion Mountain, with Big Mountain just out of the picture to the right.

Whitefish Lake is a big tourist resort in the summer, bringing in even more people than Big Mountain Ski Resort does in the Winter, but after dark, when the beach is closed, it is transformed into the small town park that it used to be. The tourists have disappeared and you wouldn't know that this beach was packed earlier.
